Message Systems Announces New Service That Solidifies
ISP Relationships for ESPs and Large Organizations
ISP Relations Services include facilitating initial system set-up, filing applications for whitelistings, ISP dispute resolutions, email and log monitoring and ISP tuning
SAN FRANCISCO & Columbia, MD – October 16, 2006 – Email software solutions provider Message Systems today announced at the Direct Marketers Association (DMA) Conference & Expo, a new, multi-layered service, to help facilitate and strengthen ISP relationships for ESPs and organizations that have a vested interest in getting their email to the inbox. Message Systems’ ISP Relations Services help ESPs and organizations build better relationships with ISPs through understanding and exercising email delivery best practices.
“An ESP or email marketer can spend a significant amount of time and operational cost creating and sending emails, but the truth is that ISPs ultimately control how much email gets delivered and how fast,” said Barry Abel, vice president of field operations for Message Systems. “By taking a few extra steps to understand the ISP, such as aligning email operations based on ISP preferences, organizations and ESPs can realize a significant deliverability improvement. We provide customers quick answers as to why email is not getting delivered and solutions to rectify the issues. With our new ISP Relations Services we empower our customers with best practices that establish productive relationships with ISP’s and ultimately derive the greatest ROI out of their email programs.”
Message Systems is offering three ISP Relations Services.
- Whitelisting – Message Systems will submit whitelisting and feedback loop setup services on behalf of the ESP or large organization. Having extensively researched ISP preferences, Message Systems has established guidelines as to what ISPs look for when approving applicants. Message Systems aligns ISP preferences with the customer’s credentials, then remediates potential problems before submitting the applications on the customer’s behalf. This process gives customers a greater chance of being accepted in the first pass.
- ISP Relations for Portals & Large Organizations – Message Systems will set up initial email systems and provide ongoing monitoring of emails and logs to immediately identify and remediate problems or issues. The service includes log analysis, weekly feedback reports and a help desk. The end result is an increased ISP pipeline, a reduction in abuse complaints and a defense against being blacklisted.
- ISP Relations for ESPs – This service also provides for initial set-up, log/email monitoring, reporting and a help desk. In addition, it includes dispute mediation and resolution with the major ISPs and helps the ESPs’ clients to understand the best practices of email marketing to improve overall deliverability.
Message Systems is offering a free ISP Relations consultation for new customers. At no charge, Message Systems will undertake the discovery of the organization’s sending practices from mail creation through delivery and provide suggestions for improvement. The free consultation also includes a month of log analysis to provide an understanding as to the success or failure of specific campaigns.
